How long does it take to make my order?

Most personalized orders are created within 2–6 business days. More detailed customizations may require additional time. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed.

Will I receive a proof before my order is made?

We may send a design proof when an order requires approval or clarification. If a proof is sent, it will go to the email address used at checkout, so please keep an eye on your inbox. We recommend responding within 24 hours to prevent delays.

What kind of photo should I upload?

For the best results, choose a clear, well-lit photo where the people or pets are easy to see. Original photos are preferred, but screenshots are accepted.

What if my photo or audio file won't upload?

No problem! Complete your order and email the file to adversitygifts@gmail.com along with your order number so we can match it to your purchase.

Can you make something that isn't shown on your website?

We love custom ideas! Send us an email at adversitygifts@gmail.com and tell us what you have in mind.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are personalized, we may begin working on your design shortly after receiving your order. Once production has started, some changes may no longer be possible.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush processing may be available depending on the product and our current workload. Contact us before ordering if you need your gift by a specific date.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on eligible orders.

Can personalized items be returned?

Because personalized products are created specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, please contact us so we can make it right.
